  This online resource takes you through some short activities in preparation for your personalised care planning workshop. There are 3 topics.
  
  You are invited to complete the activities in Topics 1 and 2 prior to your workshop. To do this, simply follow each blue title link in the order they are presented.
  
  Topic 3 contains a range of other resources and a comprehensive reference list, which will be useful both before and after your workshop, but are not essential pre-workshop reading.
